Who We Are

SACK is a non-profit organization specializing in the prevention, treatment, and case management of individuals affected by substance abuse.

Service Availability

Normal business hours are Monday to Saturday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. You may call 316-267-3825 to schedule an appointment anytime during these hours.

As an alternative, we do walk-in assessments Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 3:00 pm. If you present during these hours you will be assessed that same day. Walk-in assessments are completed in the order of arrival and the availability of an Assessment Counselor.

Before being assessed, you must present:

  1. a Kansas drivers' license or Kansas ID
  2. your social security card or a copy of your birth certificate;
  3. and proof of income.

No assessments will be completed without appropriate documentation.

The requirement for identification does not apply if you are:

  1. a current Medicaid client (must present current medical card);
  2. an SB-123 client;
  3. a SAP/DOT client.

We accept cash, money orders, and Visa/Mastercard.

Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Client Records

SACK adheres to applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations regarding client confidentiality. As a general rule this means that we will not release information about clients without your prior written approval. There are, however, exceptions as noted in the Overview.
